Na verziovanie systému používame GIT, máme nastavený automatický deployment proces a pracujeme na vylepšeniach vývojarského flowu.

Vývoj sedí na Dockeri a na deployment používame Laravel Forge, VPS hostujeme u DigitalOcean.

Zlepšujeme architektúru projektu, či už z pohľadu kódu, alebo deployment procesov a testovania. Dátovú štruktúru zabezpečuje MySQL databáza, na monitorovanie používame Bugsnag.

Kreslíme diagramy, diskutujeme use-cases, programujeme a testujeme, task management držíme v ClickUp, ad-hoc komunikáciu riešime na Slacku.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process.

• Manage the sales funnel with the sales team.

• Take over new customers from sales and act as the single point of contact.

• Closing the prepared sales deals and make the upsales proposals

• Own and manage the customer relationship throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live support.

• Help simplify and automate complex operational processes together with the tech team.

• Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyze customer health metrics, and gather other feedback.

• Collaborate with the engineering and development team to set up or configure our software platform as per customers’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years customer success or account management experience in a PaaS / SaaS or software company.

• Proven track record of working in a customer facing role.

• Fluent in English.

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.

• You must be a self-driven problem solver.

• Finally, you have a sense of humor.
